If you’re not using OnPoint, you’re just wrong!!!!!! I truly can’t say enough about this amazing new company. Since switching to OnPoint I have had nothing but a pleasant and EASY experience. The name says it all! OnPoint has been “On Point” since I signed up. I switched almost 6 months ago from a well known and large competitor in the Houston area and am saving between $50-75 per month on average with this company based on kwh usage. Excellent Customer Service! I encountered a problem while attempting to make an online payment. Unfortunately, the call center couldn't offer immediate help. However, I decided to reach out to their customer service via email, and to my surprise, I received a prompt call back from their main office within minutes.
